Charles P. Tommasulo has been a lifelong advocate and educator for the needs and concerns of children and older adults. Since 1979, he has been employed by Family Service Agency of Mid Michigan (FSA).

Diane Hogan is a Registered Social Service Technician and started at Family Service Agency in 1993 as the In Home Care Coordinator. In 1997 she became the Director of In Home Care. She is responsible for the function of the In-Home Eldercare program that provides In-Home Personal Care and Homemaking Services for seniors of Genesee County.
